Earlier this year, my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Paula Baker in the purchase of our new home on Vancouver Island. We were referred to Paula by our real estate agent in Edmonton, as we had no experience purchasing property in British Columbia, having lived in Alberta all our lives.
Paula is a professional who has a thorough understanding of real estate in BC. However, what was even more important to us was the time Paula took to understand us and our needs as we moved to a new province. She listened carefully, and worked hard to show us properties in our price range, and preferred area. In fact, after spending several days looking at multiple properties and almost giving up, she found us the perfect property and ensured we had ample time to look at the property over two days.
